In the July 8 meeting, Cameron Tana the hydrologist seemed to indicate that the basin's eastern edge is somewhat arbitrary - AND it appears to overlap the PVWMA boundary. Given that there is no hydrologic barrier in that area of the Aromas Red Sands aquifer, is it not drawn mostly to include the SqCWD service areas?
