Is Cabrillo College a SCWD customer or a private pumper?

Hi Karl,
Cabrillo is both a SqCWD customer and a private well user. The majority of their water comes from their own wells (in 2010, that number was considered to be 95 acre feet per year.) Additionally, they currently use about 14 acre feet per year from their connections to the Soquel District.
